We've sourced organic lemons from Sicily & teamed up with Barrie owner of Fowey Valley Cider & Distillery.
Hand peeled & steeped in high proof alcohol for 4 weeks then taken down to 25% abv and lightly sweetened.
Perfect in a Prosecco or in our brand new Lemon drop martini!

Colwith Farm tasked us with creating some dishes & recipes using their brand new Savoury Vodka!
Cornish Rosemary, Bay Leaf & Black Pepper.

This Gin is distilled using a blend of quality Organic teas which they've had expertly blended at Colwith Distillery to make 5 unique blends & flavours.
We had the privilege of using 3 to create a few boozy bakes of our own!
